GUIDE: BPC-157 + TB-500

Materials Needed

1] Peptides: premium grade

2] Bacteriostatic water: Amazon

3] Syringes:

   -injection syringe: 31G 0.3mL ADWDiabetes

   -reconstitution syringes: 23G 3mL Amazon

4] Alcohol wipes: Amazon 

5] Sharps disposal container: Amazon



Reconstitution and Injection Instructions


A. Reconstitute BPC-157 5mg + TB-500 5mg

1] Add 2.5mL bacteriostatic water to peptide vial slowly using 3mL syringe.

-Add 2.5mL of air to bac water vial (to avoid vacuum build-up)

-Draw out 2.5mL of bac water from the bac water vial.

-Slowly add 2.5mL bac water to peptide vial.





2] Avoid air bubbles (they degrade peptides). Tap on table to pop any bubbles that form.


3] Gently swirl until dissolved (2-4min).


4] Store in refrigerator.



B. Injections BPC-157 5mg + TB-500 5mg

For Injuries

1] Inject the injury directly if well tolerated with subcutaneous injection. If this aggravates the injury, then move injection site 1/2 inch to the side.


2] Use 31G syringe. BD Veo is best brand.


3] Inject every day until injury is healed (typically 1-3 months).


4] Best time to inject is 30-60min prior to bed.


*KEY POINT

The number one thing that jams athletes up is that they keep going HAM when training and working out. You have to give the peptides some time and space to do their thing so the injury doesn't become a long-term chronic issue. Taking time off and coming back to training slowly makes a NIGHT AND DAY difference. 

  • Take 1-2 weeks off of training.

  • Then start back training slowly. Injury will feel more healed than it really is at first.



For Recovery

1] Inject your traps to maximize effectiveness. Belly is the second best injection site.


2] Use 31G syringe. BD Veo is best brand.


3] Use as needed, no more than 4-5 times a week.



C. Dose BPC-157 5mg + TB-500 5mg

1] Bad injuries, start with high dose of 500mcg for first few injections to kickstart healing. Then taper down to 300mcg to stretch out the vial.

500mcg = 25units

400mcg = 20units

300mcg = 15 units

Additional Consideration for Healing Injuries

a] Consider taking these supplements:

  • collagen peptides

  • vitamin C

  • hyaluronic acid

  • glucosamine


b] Increase intake of animal protein. Reduce carbs, especially simple carbs. Avoid sugar like the plague. Also avoid any other foods that trigger low grade inflammatory response (eg bread is common one).


c] Avoid THC, CBD, alcohol, melatonin, etc these all help induce sleepiness but kill sleep quality.


d] The staying off the injury for 1-2 weeks.

Then want to slowly transition into gentle movement.

keep slowly ramping as your injury allows.

If injury gets aggravated take it back down a notch.

Movement and heat are your friends (sauna and hot tub are great for the healing process).
