Dosing Schedule

First Time: Start with lowest dose first, increase as necessary.

Low       50units    = 50mg
Med      100units  = 100mg

Med-hi  150units  = 150mg

Hi           200units  = 200mg

Injections
1] Injection Site
Inject in glutes. Injection stings and the glutes are the most comfortable site to inject.

2] Timing
Inject in the morning, everyday. NAD+ degrades within 5 days after mixing with bac water.

Dosing Considerations
​1] Sensitivity
Proceed with caution. Some people are extra sensitive to NAD+.  Start with lowest dose, then work your way up.

2] Sauna & Exercise
Don't take after the sauna, hot tub, hot shower, or intense exercise. This greatly increases the likelihood of strong side effects. 

Side Effects

1] Safety Profile
NAD+ is typically well tolerated, if used at reasonable dosages. Some people are extra sensitive to NAD+, so you should start at the lowest dose to gauge your tolerance, and increase the dose as necessary.

2] Injection Irritation
NAD+ is slightly acidic, causing it to sting upon injection. Rub the area you injected to help disperse the NAD+ bolus.


3] Sensitivity Reaction
Some people are extra sensitive to NAD+, so everyone should start with the lowest dose, and increase the dosage only if well tolerated. The following, temporary (30min) side effects can occur in NAD-sensitive people if they take too much:
a) Lightheadedness, dizziness
b) Nausea
c) Feeling pressure in arms and legs
