Injections
1] Injection Site
Inject in belly.

2] Timing
Inject in the morning.

Dosing Considerations
1] Tolerance
Tolerance builds up over time, requiring higher dosages over time to lose further weight.

2] Goals Achieved
Once goals achieved, maintain current dose or can try to titrate down to lower dose.

3] Injection Frequency
More frequent injects equals better fat loss, few side effects.

4] Muscle Loss

To prevent muscle loss while on Reta: eat high animal protein diet (1.5-2g/lbs-weight), lift weights, get enough quality sleep. Taking GH peptides and TRT also help mitigate this issue.

Side Effects

1] Stomach and GI Tract
Reta delays stomach emptying.
Eat small meals with minimal fiber when first taking Reta, or increasing dose.
This will help with these side effects (bloat, reflux, nausea).
Side effects typically ease over time.

2] Elevated Resting Heart Rate
Temporary increase in resting heart rate, for a few weeks before gradually declining. Cardio helps mitigate this issue.

3] Dehydration
Reta blunts your thirst signals. Drinking fluids with electrolytes helps mitigate this issue. Headaches and lethargy are
signs of dehydration.

4] Lethargy
Reta typically results in consuming less calories, and also causes your body to burn through your carb stores more quickly. This can result in a tired or lethargic feeling. Eating simple carbs, especially 1hr before workouts helps. Typically gets better after a few weeks as your body adapts.

5] Cholesterol
Cholesterol and lipids profiles typically get better while on Reta.
