Injections
1] Injection Site
Inject belly or trapezius.

2] Timing
Best: inject before bedtime.
Alternative: upon waking.

3] Fasting
Optimal results when fasted 2-3hrs before and 2-3hrs after injection.

Dosing Considerations
1] Hunger
May experience a small increase in appetite for 1-2hrs post injection, for the first 2-3 weeks, after which this subsides.

Side Effects

1] Bloating & Achy Joints
Some athletes are sensitive responders to IPA. If you experience any bloating or achy joints, this is a sign that your body needs more time to acclimate to the "new normal" of higher GH levels. Simply discontinue injections for a few days to let symptoms subside, then start the ramp up cycle again but at half your previous dose. Proceed with an even slower ramp-up in dose.

2] Face Flush
IPA commonly causes a face flush and slightly elevated heart rate for 15-20min after injection. This is typical and not a cause for concern.

Positive Benefits

1] Muscle Gain, Fat Loss
3-4 lbs muscle gain, and 3-4lbs fat loss is a typical response.

2] Healthy Skin
People commonly report skin feels and looks more youthful and healthy.

3] Enhanced Sleep
Higher sleep quality is often reported with IPA.

4] Strengthens & Heals Connective Tissue
GH aids in collagen deposition in the skin and in connective tissues, which has healing and strengthening effects.

5] Increases Vascular Health
GH increases vascular health, which aids both in brain health and in cardiovascular performance.
